Benj strongly believes the power of this team has a lot to do with our clients' success. Under his leadership, eyespeak has been recognized with awards for being among both the healthiest and overall best places to work in Atlanta.

As the resident left-brainer, Jason uses his corporate and financial background to keep operations running smoothly. With a keen sense of people, process and sports analogies that always relate to business, he serves eyespeak by managing the team, the numbers and sales. When we are lucky, Jason provides the team with a quick kung-fu lesson.

Erica loves taking something that is good and making it great, bringing out God's best in someone as well as revising and reorganizing to clarify and enhance. Teaming with others to expand ideas and execute their experience excites her. As a personal fitness coach, her canvas can be modifying a person's movement patterns, renewing an empowering thought life, or designing disciplines to achieve action. Her detail-oriented eyes can't help but review the written word.

Lars is our resident Wordpress programmer extraordinaire. He is a content management expert who has worked with many large accounts and knows his CMS up one side and down the other. Lars uses his experience with CMS to utilize Wordpress as a basis for many of our client's websites. (Including this one.)

Jen is an entrepreneur at heart and prior to eyespeak, owned her own design firm. In addition to her amazing design skills, Jen is a great photographer and that skill is often utilized by our clients. Jen's main area of expertise is in print design where her eye for perfection creates beautiful and engaging collateral for the brands we serve.

With the gift of gab and a passion for brand, Sarah serves clients as their Brand Communicator. Born and raised in Atlanta, her Southern tendencies include monogramming anything that will stay still long enough and a love for baked goods. Sarah serves clients through their projects using a thorough process and giving clear expectations.

After playing intercollegiate volleyball and working in athletics support staff, Whitney loves being part of great moments. She lives for opportunities to invest the best part of herself into a whole and watching that whole flourish. At eyespeak, along with giving our clients the first impression of who we are and what we stand for, Whitney provides support for our team to ensure that they can maximize on their key roles within our business.

Being both competitive and strategic, Jade is driven to leave whatever she comes in contact with better than she finds it. Her work at eyespeak centers around her desire for excellence and passion for developing strong relationships. Along with developing digital marketing strategies for our clients, she also gives them the first impression of who we are and the value we place on them. Jade is a west-sider who takes special pride in our city and can often be found sharing thoughts over a cup of joe at her neighborhood cafe or getting her chop on at the Ted.

Jamie is the back-end developer here at eyespeak. He gets unexplainable amounts of joy from creating custom web applications, and will write any script just for the joy of coding. He has a knack for troubleshooting weird issues and finding solutions when they're not immediately apparent, and he uses this gift of nerdy determination to keep our clients' sites ahead of the curve and running smoothly.

While running a Christian rock venue for seven years, and playing in a band for six of those, John saw a lack of high-level design when it came to bands and their promotional materials. He spent a great deal of those years building up his knowledge and skill on all things design. He loves taking an idea and turning it into something visually stunning by building wonderful user interface designs here at eyespeak. He spends his weekends hanging with his wife and friends, playing drums, and playing whatever sport he can.

As a boy growing up in Montgomery, Dillan realized he had a special talent. A talent to misbehave. Also to draw and stuff. As time went by, Dillan grew and developed his knack for design (without growing out of his gift for mischief). Eventually, Dillan worked his way up to the position of art director at Free Chapel. Today, Dillan works as a designer here at eyespeak where he creates stunning visual design work for our clients and cherished awkward moments for our team.

Having grown up in Georgia as the daughter of a crop duster, Ansley is filled to the brim with southern charm. After high school, her spirit for adventure led her to spend three years "Down Under" where she studied at Hillsong International Leadership College. Here at eyespeak, her passion for building strong relationships and keeping her world organized translates into an unrivaled client experience.

Born in the jungles of the Congo, Flying Monkey was a primate of noble birth. Beginning his life fighting against the predators of the Zaire, he spent his nights flying above to protect the citizens of his homeland. Flying Monkey came to eyespeak after a tragic thumb-war loss against the Gorilla of Chad. He was exiled from Africa for six life sentences. As team mascot, Flying Monkey spends his days climbing the rock wall and swinging from our loft. Flying Monkey enjoys long walks down Peachtree St., workouts at CrossFit and Willy's burritos.
