A responsive website is a single website that displays differently depending on the user's device. For example, the site would display and navigate differently on your phone than it would on your desktop computer. There are generally three site views for a responsive site—desktop, tablet and mobile—with the dimensions of the iPad/iPhone being the standard for the latter two.
