2009 was the best year ever for eyespeak. We grew exponentially in people and service offerings as well as created a new work process flow that has helped us maintain our sanity with all the new work and personnel we have added. And 2010 is shaping up to be just as amazing as 2009.

Comcast announced earlier this week that they would begin the process of rebranding their company as “Xfinity”. According to a Reuters story the reason behind this rebranding is the negative perception many consumers have of the customer service (or lack there of) provided by Comcast.
