This isn’t the first, second, or third time we’ve talked about the power of WHY, but it is always the most important question we can ask ourselves.
WHY creates understanding and opportunity. One of the greatest wins we continually receive from remembering to ask this question is when we get requests from clients that are seemingly random. By stopping and asking them WHY, we create the opportunity to understand their true need and what the driver is behind the request. In return, this enables us to do a better job delivering to the real need and/or offering other methods for accomplishing the same desired outcome.
