In a past life, Benj and I were on another team together. While in high school, he was one of my coaches for a club volleyball team. There are countless memories we share of huge wins, long road trips and hours of training. There are too many stories to tell, but they all led me to not only learning about myself, but creating the foundation of trust.

It’s an essential element for the success of any corporate culture, but it can’t be created in an instant. Trust is earned through challenges. You trust that your team is going to do whatever it takes to get a task done and clients trust you do whatever it takes to give them exactly what they need. But it takes a relationship, and the stronger that relationship the stronger the trust.
